This page is a plain-language summary of how the giveaway works, provided in good faith. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and the sponsor may adjust these terms for future giveaways.

Sponsor: VisualsBySaad. Questions: visualsbysaad@gmail.com.

No purchase necessary. Entering this giveaway does not require booking a session, making a payment, or purchasing anything.

Eligibility. Open to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees or immediate family of the sponsor. Void where prohibited.

How entries work. Each entrant receives one base entry upon signing up. Additional entries are earned when a friend enters using your unique referral link — there is no limit to how many bonus entries you can earn this way.

Odds of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the session type you entered for. More entries (your own or via referral) increase your relative odds but never guarantee a win.

Winner selection. Winners are chosen by random drawing, conducted by the sponsor, after the entry deadline shown on the giveaway page. One winner selection per prize slot, per session type being given away.

Prizes. Prizes are photography session credits with VisualsBySaad, redeemable for the specific session type won. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Scheduling is coordinated directly with the sponsor after winners are announced, subject to the sponsor's normal availability.

If you don't win. Every non-winning entrant receives a discount credit toward their next real booking with VisualsBySaad, sized per session type and delivered by email after the drawing. The exact amount for each session type is shown right on the entry page before you enter — nothing hidden until after the drawing.

General. By entering, you agree to be contacted about this giveaway and your prize/credit. The sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry obtained through fraudulent means.
