This policy covers paid subscriptions on the Platform: business subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Studio) and vendor subscription tiers. It does not cover the separate commercial relationship and any deposits or payments between a business and their own clients — that's governed by the business's own contract terms with their client, not this policy.

1. Free Trial

Clients (event planners) signing up through the Platform's self-serve flow receive unlimited free access — no trial period or payment charged. Vendors and agency owners signing up through the Platform's self-serve flow receive a 14-day free trial before any payment is charged. No payment is taken at signup; billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless the account is cancelled before then.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, either monthly or annually depending on the billing cycle you choose. Annual billing is offered at a discount to the equivalent monthly cost. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

3. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time through your account's billing settings. When you cancel:

  • You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period you've already paid for.
  • You will not be charged again after that period ends.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a current billing period — cancelling partway through a month doesn't refund the days remaining in that month, but it does mean no further charges.
  • Your data is not deleted immediately on cancellation. It remains accessible in a read-only or limited state for a reasonable period in case you choose to resubscribe, after which it may be archived or deleted consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

Payments already processed are generally non-refundable, except:

  • Where required by law;
  • Where a billing error on our part resulted in an incorrect charge;
  • At our discretion in individual cases — contact us if something seems wrong and we'll review it directly.

5. Changing Tiers

Upgrading takes effect immediately, with billing adjusted by Stripe's standard proration. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period — you keep your current tier's features until then.

6. Storage Limits on Downgrade or Cancellation

If you downgrade to a tier with a lower storage limit, or your account lapses after cancellation, existing files are not automatically deleted, but you may be unable to upload new files until you're back under your new limit or you remove some existing ones.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and retry. Continued failure to pay after a reasonable grace period may result in suspension of paid features until the issue is resolved.

8. Disputes

If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we'd rather resolve it directly.
